Project Manager in LUISAVIAROMA.COM a significant experience gained by developing e-commerce projects in the luxury market, with a particular skill in the development and  implementation of web marketing strategies. In addition to having contributed and participated in the creation of the project at the end of the 1990s, today he coordinates a team of over 30  people for the development of the main marketing channels and the main international markets. Before participating in the creation of the LUISA VIA ROMA project, he worked as a consultant  for digital projects in various fields and markets, both B2B and B2C.




Pablo Badía is the current General Manager of Delpozo, where he started working after a long career in the fashion industry. Before assuming his current position, the executive was the Southern Europe Country Director for Children´s Worldwide Fashion (CWF) one of the largest childrenswear groups in the world, where he joined in 2013. Previously, the executive held various positions of responsibility in Karen Millen, Carolina Herrera and Camper.





An iconic figure in China fashion and lifestyle industry. Currently VP marketing in Hemei Group who focus on luxury retail with more than 300 boutiques all over China carrying international brands including Armani, Hugo Boss, Furla, MCM, Maison Margiela, Hogan, Escada and Versace…
Cameron Bai is in charge of all digital communications for the group.
Prior to Hemei Group, he was the Chief Brand Officer in China’s biggest luxury e-commerce platform, whose major shareholders including LVMH and IDG… Cameron was in assistance to successful made Secoo public listed in Nasdaq stock exchange in the US.
He was also consultant for Italian Brand FAY for 3 consecutive seasons, he also regularly gives speeches to different companies in China particularly on Styling, Communications as well as designs. Academically Cameron Bai obtained certificates and degrees from Cambridge, Central Saint Martins and China Media University.




Entrepreneur for vocation and family tradition, with a wide experience in retail, manufacturing and in all the aspects of the footwear value chain, throughout his professional life, he has been involved with companies of very diverse sectors such as metallurgical industry, retail, real estate promotion and strategic consulting. In recent years, he became founder and director of Glent Shoes, a company focused on acquisition and satisfaction of new consumers interested in ‘Made in Spain’ products, in the artisan process of production, and involved in the creation process. He believes that consumers are increasingly demanding a close and personal service, where the staff attention and physical contact with the product play a fundamental role in the purchase experience. One of the challenges as a brand manager is to create a differentiated and attractive proposal for a market niche. Customization is and will be the trend that industry will mark to transform everything.




Andrea Carpineti graduated with honours in Economy and Management from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2006, acquiring a PhD in 2009, and working as a Research Fellow for the Management Department of the very same university up until 2014. Between 2007 and 2014, he offered management-consulting services to SMEs in terms of HR and company organisation and strategies, while acting as the Director of LIVE s.r.l. from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, together with Francesco Carpineti and Michele Luconi, he founded DIS – Design Italian Shoes, with the aim of revolutionising the business model in the footwear industry and making the most of local craft workmanship. Today, DIS is the brand that offers the fastest innovative service in the world for customised 100% Made in Italy footwear. Thanks to the support of a 3D configurator, today every customer can create his or her very own customised pair of shoes with over 50 million possible combinations, which are then produced by the hands of expert Marches artisans in only 10 days.




Dietmar Dahmen is a European Top Speaker for change, future, disruption, digital transformation, innovative business models, sales and marketing and customer centered success. Dietmar started out as a strategic planner, and later moved on to become a highly decorated creative. He was Creative Director with DDB, Executive Creative Director with Ogilvy, Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director with BBDO working in Hamburg, New York, Munich, Los Angeles and Vienna.Today Dietmar works independently as a professional speaker and consultant for change, innovation and disruptive market strategies with global clients and world-wide engagements. Giulio Finzi has been working in e-commerce since 2000, with extensive experience supporting companies of all types to start up and manage online initiatives effectively. His career has covered both the technical and business aspects of e-commerce, meaning he is able to bridge the gap between the two and make best use of the tools and technology available. In 2005 he has founded NETCOMM, the Italian eCommerce Association part of Ecommerce Europe, a knowledge hub where incumbent, start-up, pure players and brick&mortars meet and share their experience about the new frontiers of the digital transformation.Finzi is one of the few experts in Italy of the Chinese digital market, supporting companies to successfully approach the biggest and most advanced market in the world.





Giuseppe Grandinetti is the Global Head Digital Marketing Vibram Group. With 20 years of experience in marketing, communication, sales, finish product, Pr, Grandinetti follows in the past national and international brands, mixing different markets and products. The research, the innovation and the technology related to the product and creativity: these are the key points of his beliefs.
In 2002 he starts working with Marco Bramani (who’s considered his mentor), President and owner of VIBRAM: a big passion for the product and his Brand grows every day and continues after 14 years of cooperation. He’s one of the founder of Vibram FiveFingers project. Claudio Marenzi, 56 years old, was nominated in 2017 as the President of Confindustria Moda, an Italian industry confederation, which counts more than 580,000 workers and 67,000 companies, with the aim of reinforcing, promoting and protecting the Italian fashion, textile, and accessories industries worldwide. From July 2013 to March 2018, Claudio Marenzi was the President of the Italian Fashion System (Sistema Moda Italia – SMI), the Confederation that represents more than 405,000 workers and 47,200 businesses. Today, he is President and CEO of Herno, where he took a controlling stake in 2007 during the company’s generational changeover, with a present-day sales revenue that is equal to 100 million euros. Marenzi was also nominated as the Vice President and Councillor of PITTI Immagine, and since 2017, he has acted as the new President. Councillor for CFMI –the Florence Centre for Italian Fashion (Centro di Firenze per la Moda Italiana), from 2016 to 2018, he covered the role of President for Ente Moda Italia. Always in 2016, he was granted the Order of Merit for Labour by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.




As a professional journalist, she started working for Rai (Italian State Broadcaster) in 1979 after winning a competition.Today, Maria Concetta Mattei works as news anchor for TG2 and as curator/anchorwoman of the TG2 Storie broadcasted every Saturday night. She is member of Board of Director the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Trento and Rovereto. She studied in the USA, where she received her high school diploma from the East Henderson High School in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Bachelor’s Degree with full marks in Economy and Commerce and graduation thesis dedicated to the job market from the University of Trento. She is also the winner of numerous awards, including the European Citizens’ Prize, the Cimitile Award for Journalism, and the “Marcello Torre National Award” for her civil commitment.




Maria Odetti graduated in Oriental Studies at the Venice based Ca’Foscari University. Obtained an MA in SME internationalization in Asia and, subsequently to the degree, followed the start-up of a multinational Italian company in Mumbai, India. After a year abroad, she moved back to Italy where she worked for more than a decade in Luisa Via Roma, following the start-up of the digital project. In particular she held the position of CEO Assistant, focusing with Asian markets development, recruitment of the e-commerce team and e-commerce cross-departments projects. In February 2019 she has been appointed as Head of Business Development of Secoo Group, the largest online premium platform in China. 




Cecilia Pagkalinawan is an entrepreneur, marketing brand strategist and E-Commerce Expert in Brooklyn, New York. She is founder and CEO of BRWN, a brand that celebrates diversity. She does startups and consults with big brands on marketing and ecommerce. Cecilia is also the founder of appLOUD, an app featuring fan-generated live music videos from around the world. In appLOUD Cecilia wanted to combine her love of music with her passion for connecting people through technology. The app was recognized as “Awesome…Priceless…Terrific” by Mac Observer and “Best App” by Culture Collide.




Blockchain Entrepreneur since 2015, Founder of B2Lab, President of ABIE (Italian Blockchain Association), Ph.D Engineer, MIT Fintech Cert.Since 2015 he runs B2Lab – Blockchain Lab – a company focused on Smart Contracts, Blockchain Platforms and Education/Consulting/Tokenization. Since 2005 Giuliano Pierucci has founded and developed several companies operating in the digital trasformation and social innovation. Solid, pragmatic, focused on “Doing Approach”, Expert in Economics and Finance, clear-headed vision, goal oriented and passionate about Innovation (could it be digital or not). Former Director in Telecom Italy and Edison Group, where he developed skills and competencies in technical management and economic/financial experience.




In 1995, she started working for the company founded by her husband Graziano Cuccù, working side-by-side with him towards the company’s transformation into a leader in the luxury footwear sector. Right from the start, she headed the sales office, as well as the marketing and communication departments, with any eye to internationalization and the reinforcement of relations with foreign countries. She was Vice President of Confindustria Fermo with responsibility for the Marches region’s internationalization, Senior Councillor for the footwear sector, as well as a council member of the Fermo Chamber of Commerce.Among the awards and special mentions for her professional and social career, in 2012, she was granted an Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, along with her husband. Last, but not least, since June 9, 2015, she has been President of Assocalzaturifici, representing the very first woman to ever lead the Association.




Alice’s Father. Born in Rio-Brasil Fernando is now co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Cariuma, a digitally native cross boarder sneaker brand that focus on doing things better across the board, from quality and use of materials to environmental and ethical practices.
Fernando was President and COO at Arezzo&Co USA, leading the brand SCHUTZ, that won Footwear News’ Brand of the Year in 2016. Fernando also served as VP of Handbags at Arezzo&Co, Shoes & Accessories Manager at Richards and co-founded at Carpe Diem. Brazilian, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Design from PUC Rio de Janeiro and Executive Education from Harvard Business School.




Diego Rossetti, the eldest son of Renzo Rossetti, founder of Fratelli Rossetti S.p.A, was appointed Company President in April 2010. Fratelli Rossetti boasts a 60 year-long history, and Mr Diego, alongside his brothers Dario and Luca has managed it for over 30 years. He is also Board Member of Assocalzaturifici, the national association of footwear manufacturers and Vice President of Confindustria Alto Milanese. After completing his education and seeking experience abroad, he joined the family business dealing in particular with the development of the retail network throughout Italy and abroad. The Company nowadays has 40 direct stores worldwide. Thanks to his endeavour, Fratelli Rossetti was the first Italian fashion house to appear on Madison Avenue in New York City with its own single-brand store. In recent years he has started the process of expansion towards the Eastern markets.




Sara Maggioni has over 10 years’ experience analyzing  global trends at WGSN. Based in London with a background in styling and photography, travels the globe speaking at events and working with clients from South Africa to Russia, India to China and back to her native Milan. As the Head of Womenswear and former Head of Retail & Buying, Maggioni has a strong commercial eye for new trends, anticipating the longevity of a trend and its relevancy for different global markets. Outside of WGSN Sara Maggioni is an accomplished travel and street photographer and has collaborated as a photographer and writer for brands and magazines including Missoni and She is regularly quoted in the press from Business of Fashion to Billboard and Another Magazine.




Since May 2017, he is APICCAPS President (Portuguese Footwear, Components, Leather Goods Manufacturers’ Association). In 2014was recognized with Portuguese honorary status of “Ordem de Mérito Empresarial Classe do Mérito Industrial”. In 1999, inspired by his family shoemaking tradition and the desire of feathering design shoes for the future generations, Luís Onofre designed his first collection that led to the birth of his brand the following year.
In 1993, Luís Onofre designed his first shoes, but the first international collection holding his signature was only launched in 1999. And this led to the birth of Luís Onofre brand.
He studied Fine Arts at Soares dos Reis School of Arts, in Porto, and later attended the Design & Pattern Cutting for Footwear course at CFPIC – Design and Footwear Academy, in São João da Madeira. Luís Onofre was born in 1970, in Oliveira de Azeméis. Born in the heart of the Portuguese footwear industry and within a family dedicated to a traditional business focused in the manufacturing of luxury footwear, soon he became fascinated by handmade shoes and by what is entitled in this unique craft.




Julia Eunhee Song, CEO of I.A.C Korea, is a marketing and sales strategy consultant for European brands in Korea as well as Advising Editorial Director and Freelance Editor of international magazines such as LEON KOREA & L’OFFICIEL KOREA. In 1992 she began her career as assistant and consultant for Communication and Translation at Fiera di Milano. She was Chief Director in Italian Pavilion at World Expo in TaeJeon, South Korea, from 1992 to 1994. After that she served as Head Director for Europe Region of DFD Group, Korean Corp. During this period she launched Fornarina, OXS and 20 Italian, French and Spanish brands in Korean market. She extended her activity area to Beijing, Hong Kong and Tokyo by establishing her own company in 1996. Sheserved as General Manager of Cesare Paciotti in Asia for a very long time. Julia Song was Online Marketing of Kartell in Korea, she carried out Pitti Uomo. In February 2014, she received her Master degree of Global Media Marketing at Korea University.
